Here is my first project done for my research class. It is mostly colored pencil, with watercolor for the background.

Our CORE class got the display cases in the 2nd Floor of the Sharp Building for a few weeks. We had to make a display case that replicated other display cases (i.e. science fair projects, retail window displays, trophy cases, museum displays ect.) Other groups in our class did a lost and found, a fake school club, a carnival sideshow mystery case, and a refrigerator. Our group did a zoo exhibit. The sign in the lower right-hand corner reads, “This animal is temporarily removed from the exhibit.”  It is basically a recycled sheet of plastic cut and tied together with fishing wire for the face (each member of the group did a chuck and I had the nose), cardboard and plastic wear for the sides, moss for the ceiling and the vomit, sculpy slugs, and painted paper for the background.

This was one for my drawing final last semester. I started it with a single brush stroke, then I drew the figure, then I painted the rest of the background. I used pen and india ink.

Gigantic charcoal drawing I did last semester. This project was about place. I never actually measured it but its about 10ftx5ft. And I drew it on the free brown paper at school.
